Production Engineering

Engineering begins with the drawing of plans and information about the operating conditions and equipment performance. This information is analyzed using CAD programs for design and detailed drawing of the parts, identifying work and assembly areas, which allows us to define areas to control and which controls to use.

We use state-of-the-art software that allows a 3D simulation of the most important casting process (casting and solidification), analyzing the flow of metal and its cooling stage, optimizing the design of parts, guaranteeing the correct filling and solidification of these , which translates into products without any internal discontinuities and confirming the solidity of the piece free of plugs with a level of reliability of almost 100%.
