Heat Treatment

We have 7 heat treatment furnaces with a natural gas combustion system and a capacity of 12 tons.

The heat treatment curves are controlled and recorded by means of a SCADA automated control system to program, monitor and record the treatment cycles, allowing good control and traceability of the pieces.

Automated controller for immediate transfer to the 210m3 water cooling pool ensuring cooling. The cooling tank has 10 multidirectional agitators to direct and increase the severity of the quenching and a recirculation system with a cooling tower, achieving the ideal time to obtain the desired temperature and thus control the severity of the quenching.
