Crushing
Also known as Crushers and Jaw Crushers, they are formed by two jaws arranged opposite each other in a “v” shape, one which is fixed and the other is animated by an oscillating movement to that of the eccentric and articulation plates. This retraction of the mobile jaw allows the generated fragments to descend towards the narrowest part, where they will undergo a new compression as the jaw moves forward. Finally, the crushed materials leave the crusher through the lower opening. These movements of approaching – moving away from the mobile jaw are responsible for the compression crushing and the advance of the materials in the crushing chamber.
