Finish
After the solidification and cooling of parts, the collapse proceeds. In this process the piece is visually inspected verifying its good physical condition.
Subsequently, the feeders (sleeves) and the entire feeding system are removed, to then pass the piece to the tilting grinding stations.
In the tilting grinding wheels, the areas of the feeders and inlets are ground, considering the technical specifications of the material and dimensions, described in the technical sheet and part drawing.
There are also bench grinders, which are responsible for giving the final finish to the pieces according to the plans requested by the client.
In these stations it is checked that all dimensions are fulfilled in the tolerances required by the client, described in the technical sheet and the part drawing.
