Capacity
We can process casting parts up to 6,200 kg. and a monthly capacity of 850 tons of production. Versatility in casting is achieved with 5 electric induction furnaces that melt at controlled temperatures, with less gas absorption.
Improvement of the mechanical and physical properties of the pieces by means of the thermal treatment in seven furnaces with digital control:
- Standardized.
- Temper air, oil, water.
- Tempered.
